Hello beauties! Today while I was checking my Facebook account came to my attention a post by Kiddo Oh owner and designer of Dead Dollz about been again victim of copybotting and by the same person she already filed a DMCA before. So after she saw her dress, actually the copybot version again on sale, she decided to sell her original dress for only 1L and file again a DMCA against this person. If you want to read the full check it here.
When I started playing SL I remember that everyone gave a folder with hair and skins from Redgrave, of course they were copyboted and I think most of us use this not knowing that they were actually a copy from an original item. And lately I’ve seen a lot of copybotters, not only with clothing, accessories or objects but also I’ve seen a lot of people taking photographs from well known photographers and use them as vendors or even making people believe that they did that picture.
So guys please don’t support copyboted things, designers spent a lot of time trying to do their items and for most of them, their sales are their RL income. So please always be aware about this matter and if you can let the designer know.
In other news, there is a new release from Glam Affair for the Kawaii Project that for this year it will last until November 29th. This new release is Miko, it’s available in Asia and Jamaica tone, this a beautiful skin you will find it in 6 different makeups each one with 7 different eyebrow colors, one no brow version and 5 different system suggested eyebrows. I loved all the six makeups but I have to admit that I liked a lot those freckles on number 6. So hurry up getting Miko before the Kawaii Project ends.
